Description:- This website was setup in order to inform the residents of Garston Village and the surrounding areas, of a proposal to site a massive waste recycling plant in the heart of our community, and to fight that application.The original proposal has been withdrawn and then Jack Allen Holdings reapplied. This second proposal was refused by the Liverpool Council planning committee.Jack Allen Holdings have now lodged an appeal.
